This website provides information and currently has no contact form, user account or newsletter. Its project code does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Technical data is still processed when a page is requested so the website can be delivered and operated securely.
Server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel. When a page is requested, Vercel processes technical request and connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser information and request status to deliver the site, protect it and diagnose errors. The likely legal basis is legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); the operator must confirm this before publication. The specific Vercel entity, processing regions and retention periods for this project must still be confirmed from the Vercel account and its settings.
Contact by email
The website has no contact form. The email link opens your own email application; clicking it does not send the message text to the website. If you email vonzukunft@gmail.com, we process your address, the details you provide and your message to reply and handle your enquiry. The mailbox uses Gmail. For a project enquiry, the likely legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise it may be our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The operator must confirm the legal basis and set an actual retention period for each type of enquiry. The specific Google entity and any international transfers must be checked against the account settings and applicable terms before publication.
Cookies & third-party services
The current project code does not load external fonts, embedded third-party content or analytics, advertising and social media trackers, and it does not set its own cookies. Depending on the live configuration, technically necessary Vercel delivery or security features may still process data or identifiers. Check the Vercel project and the live site in a browser before publication.

Where the law provides, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing.
